‘Sing 2’ Official Trailer Unveiled With Release Date Set For December

The official trailer for Sing 2, which will be released in theaters on Dec 22, has dropped yesterday by Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment. And let’s just say it’s even more star-studded than the first film.

Garth Jennings (The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy), who directed the first, also wrote and directed the sequel.

The sequel brings back Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson, Taron Egerton, Tori Kelly, Matthew McConaughey, and Nick Kroll. Joining the fabulous cast mentioned above includes Pharrell Williams, Letitia Wright, Eric Andre, Chelsea Peretti, Grammy winner Halsey, and Bono (making his animated film debut).

The musical comedy follows koala Buster Moon (McConaughey), and his all-star group of performers has made their New Moon Theater a local smash. But Buster has his sights set on a much bigger prize: premiering a new show at the Crystal Tower Theater in glitzy Redshore City. To do so, he’ll need to gain approval from Crystal Entertainment’s vicious mogul wolf, Jimmy Crystal (Bobby Cannavale). In a desperate attempt, Buster informs Crystal that the evening would feature a performance by lion Clay Calloway, a rock icon (Bono). However, the fact is that Buster has never met Clay, who has long since isolated himself from the rest of the world over personal grief. Buster sets off to find Calloway and convince him to return to the stage.

I want to write something outside the normal, something no one would think to write about in a unique way. It also shows how far I am willing to go to produce something amazing that will get more readers interested in the world of Journalism. I am on my way to making a professional life for myself.
