After much anticipation and angst, waiting for the news of when Zack Snyder’s Justice League turned, The Snyder Cut would get its release date. Now, the wait is finally over. It was announced by WarnerMedia and director Snyder via Twitter that The Snyder Cut will hit HBO Max on March 18. The announcement also came with three brand new posters.

At the beginning of filming Justice League, Snyder had to drop out as director due to a family tragedy, and director Joss Whedon took over to finish the rest of the filming.

Many fans could tell the difference between the two directors, and it was there that fans began to call out for the then rumored Snyder Cut (Snyder’s vision for Justice League) when it was finally confirmed back in May 2020 by Warner Bros that the rumors were indeed true.

Since then, Snyder has teased his fans about the cut revealing new details here and there about what’s to come. It was announced recently that the cut would be a four-hour long movie that can either be experienced by watching the super-long film or in parts like a miniseries.

Justice League was released in November 2017 and grossed $229 Million in the domestic box office, and worldwide grossed $657.9 Million. The film brings together a range of superheroes from DC comics like Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg, and The Flash.
