Golden Globe Nominations Bring Surprises – The Complete List of Films

It looks like award season is taking on a new meaning this year, as a host of nominees on the film side are ones that have persevered through the beginning of the year until now. A major win for Marvel has come this year as their big box office champ, Black Panther, has come away with a Best Picture nomination in the Drama category.

Despite critical flip-flops, Bohemian Rhapsody has also come out on top with Best Picture and Best Actor noms. What isn’t surprising is the general sweep of A Star is Bornfor the film, its actors, director, writing, and original song. That film, as well as Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga look to be the darlings of the year.

Check out the full list of film nominations below and behold the winners when the Golden Globes air on January 6 on NBC, hosted by Sandra Oh and Andy Samberg.
