The Russo Brothers Discuss Their Future with Marvel

The Russo brothers, Anthony and Joe, are considering future with Marvel Studios beyond Avengers: Infinity War and its untitled sequel.

The duo told MTV’s Happy Sad Confused podcast that while they’re assessing future with Marvel, they have ways to go and “a mountain to climb” with the Avengers sequels, which comes as no surprise; the Avengers: Infinity War synopsis states that the sequels were “ten years in the making” and span “the entire Marvel universe.” Still, the brothers said they would be open to working with the studio in the future, and fans certainly wouldn’t mind.

While they’ll have to wait for more details on Avengers 4 – including the film’s official title – fans can look forward to the upcoming release of Avengers: Infinity War on May 4, 2018. Other Marvel releases for 2018 include the much-anticipated Black Panther on February 16 and Ant-Man and The Wasp on July 6, 2018.
