‘Pee-Wee’s Big Holiday’, ‘Preacher’, and More Set to Premiere at 2016 SXSW Film Festival

2016 South By Southwest Film Festival has just added six more films to their premiere list.

In addition to Richard Linklater’s Everybody Wants Some kicking off the festival, the roster includes the long-awaited Pee-Wee Herman film, Pee-Wee’s Big Holiday, where Pee-Wee meets a stranger who inspires him to take his first-ever holiday. Another is a documentary on businessman Tony Robbins, aptly titled Tony Robbins: I Am Not Your Guru, which captures a behind the scenes look at his highly divisive seminar Date with Destiny.

Then Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg co-direct Preacher, based on the comic book of the same name, which follows a Texas preacher who develops an unusual superpower. Rounding out the list are the horror film, Beware the Slenderman, the Greek film Chevalier, and the sci-fi thriller, Midnight Special.
