Film Written By Quentin Tarantino To Receive Theatrical Release

The Adventures of Cliff Booth, starring Brad Pitt (Fight Club) and written by Quentin Tarantino (Pulp Fiction), is coming to IMAX theaters November 25th until its release on Netflix on December 23rd. The movie is a spin-off to Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood, which starred Leonardo DiCaprio (Titanic) as fictional actor Rick Dalton and Brad Pitt as the returning character Cliff Booth, his stunt-man. The plot followed Dalton as he struggles trying to regain the fame he once had as an actor and Booth supporting him through his battles. The movie also featured Margot Robbie as actress Sharon Tate and Margaret Qualley as Pussycat, a member of the Manson family.

This movie is first feature project of Tarantino’s in over six years, with the aforementioned movie being his last project in 2019. He, however, is not directing The Adventures of Cliff Booth, David Fincher (Zodiac) is. When speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Tarantino explained why he is giving Fincher the reins. “I love this script, but I’m still walking down the same ground I’ve already walked. It just kind of unenthused me. This last movie, I’ve got to not know what I’m doing again. I’ve got to be in uncharted territory,” Tarantino said.
