Tilda Swinton Secretly Filmed New Movie with Director Joanna Hogg

Oscar-winning actor Tilda Swinton is one of the most acclaimed stars of the last 10 years. She’s worked with some of the biggest and best directors in Hollywood, from Wes Anderson in The Grand Budapest Hotel and The French Dispatch, to Jim Jarmusch in The Dead Don’t Die. In 2019, Swinton worked with director Joanna Hogg on the critically acclaimed romantic drama The Souvenir, and although Swinton is set to star in The Souvenir: Part II, it looks like the actress and Hogg secretly wrapped on another film together titled, The Eternal Daughter.

The information was revealed in an interview with Swinton for the new issue of Vogue UK. Although no story details have been revealed, the film will apparently co-star UK actress Carly-Sophia Davies and Tonight You’re Mine actor Joseph Mydell.

In addition to those projects, Swinton is also working with Wong Kar Wai collaborator Christopher Doyle on a new film titled Immunodeficiency, she’ll appear in George Miller’s upcoming film Three Thousand Years of Longing, and she’s lending her vocal talents to Guillermo Del Toro’s Pinocchio adaptation. With all that in mind, it seems that fans of the acclaimed actress have a lot to look forward to in the coming years.
