See the First Full-Length Trailer for ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2’

The official first trailer for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 is finally here! Over the past month, fans have been treated to various teasers and images tied to the film, but this is the first comprehensive and cohesive footage released by Lionsgate for the series’ final installment.

The trailer picks up on the do-or-die-trying tone that the promo material has related thus far. The world of Panem is at odds on all fronts when we return for the final film and ironically Katniss and company must enter into their toughest arena yet, one without physical boundaries or limits to who lives or dies. Fans can look forward to the pure adrenaline rush of the Games that they missed out on in Part 1, as well as some renewed positive interaction between Katniss and her favored love interest Peeta.

Directed by Catching Fire and Part 1  director Francis Lawrence and adapted once again for the screen by Peter Craig and Danny Strong, the film also brings back stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Julianne Moore, Donald Sutherland, Stanley Tucci, Sam Claflin, Jena Malone, and Natalie Dormer.

Mockingjay – Part 2 hits theaters November 20. Let the waiting game begin!
