More Justice League news broke just before Christmas. According to TheWrap, Warner Bros.’ 2017 movie press kit confirms Jesse Eisenberg and Connie Nielsen (Wonder Woman) will both be featured in the next DCEU superhero team up. Both Eisenberg and Nielsen will reprise their respective roles of Lex Luthor and Queen Hippolyta.
Eisenberg previously teased the return of Lex Luthor for Justice League earlier this year while Nielsen’s Queen Hippolyta has been patiently awaiting her debut in June’s Wonder Woman. That film stars Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman and Nielsen as her mother and ruler of the land of Themyscira.
Zach Snyder’s Justice League plans to unite the heroes Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill), Wonder Woman (Gadot), Aquaman (Jason Momoa), The Flash (Ezra Miller) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher) following the events of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
Justice League will hit theaters November 2017.
