‘Alita: Battle Angel’ Trailer During Pre-kickoff of Super Bowl

Alita: Battle Angel, from 20th Century Fox, dropped a trailer before kickoff for the Super Bowl. The film will be directed by Robert Rodriguez. The film’s stars are Rosa Salazar, Christoph Waltz, Jennifer Connelly, Mahershala Ali, Ed Skrein, Jackie Earle Haley, and Keean Johnson.

The movie is an adaptation of Yukito Kishiro’s graphic novel Manga series, GUNNM. Alita (Rosa Salazar) is a mysterious young woman who awakens in an unfamiliar future world. She does not remember a thing about who she is and about her past. A doctor named Ido pities her and takes her under his wing. Ido attempts to keep Alita in the dark about she is in order to protect her but her new friend, Hugo, is for Alita remembering her history. In Iron City, Alita soon learns about her exceptional fighting skills that the corrupt and dangerous authorities are intent on harnessing for their means.

The movie will be released to theaters on February 14.
