Ryan Gosling Announced At SDCC To be Playing Ghost Rider In MCU Film Directed By Shawn Levy

At Marvel Studios’ Hall H Panel at this year’s San Diego Comic Con, it was announced that Ryan Gosling will officially be joining the MCU. The Oscar-nominated actor behind La La Land and the recent box office hit Project Hail Mary will be playing Ghost Rider in an upcoming MCU film. The film will be directed by Free Guy director Shawn Levy, the second MCU film for the director following 2024’s Deadpool & Wolverine. It will also be Levy’s second collaboration with Gosling after the upcoming Star Wars: Starfighter, which is releasing in May of next year. The film is slated to release in 2028.
