New Trailer for ‘Dragon Ball Super: Broly’ Reveals a New Character

Yet another trailer has been released for the upcoming Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie. While the trailer is significantly shorter than the others, it does make the earth-shattering reveal that Gogeta is in the film. In the trailer, Gogeta is seen using the Super Saiyan Blue transformation as he fights against Broly, the movie’s main antagonist.

Gogeta is a fusion character of the protagonists Goku and Vegeta; he debuted in the non-canon movie Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn and then appeared in the non-canon TV series Dragon Ball GT. This movie will be his first canonical appearance, and once again Gogeta will be voiced by both Sean Schemmel and Chris Sabat. Gogeta has always been a fan-favorite, and Dragon Ball fans are really getting excited for this film now that he is becoming an official member of the franchise. Dragon Ball Super: Broly will release December 14 in Japan and January 16, 2019 in North America.
