For the first time, action movie icons Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren will be fighting for the same team in the action thriller Black Water, notes The Hollywood Reporter.
These action heroes have appeared together on screen countless times but as foes, never allies. This time around they are in the thick of it together. Written by Chad Law, Black Water follows a deep cover operative (Van Damme) who awakens to find himself imprisoned in a CIA black site on a submarine.
This action thriller from Dawn’s Light Media will be produced by Richard Switzer alongside Tyler Konney. Alexander Ferguson and Jason Cherubini will serve as executive producers. The team of Switzer and Konney recently produced Altitude, a thriller that also starred Lundgren as well as Denise Richards.
