Jamie Foxx‘s name has been added to the growing list of celebrity names who have been accused of sexual assault or misconduct.
The accusation against Foxx goes back to the year 2002 in Las Vegas. A woman who wishes to remain anonymous says that Foxx “slapped the woman with his penis” 16 years back. The woman has officially taken her accusation to the police.

Foxx is firmly claiming that the allegations of misconduct are untrue and will be seeking legal action. Even though the Nevada statute of limitations on this sort of crime is three years, Nevada law enforcement are calling this an open investigation against Foxx.
