‘Happy Death Day’ Star Jessica Rothe to Lead in Universal’s ‘All My Life’

Jessica Rothe (Happy Death Day) is leaping into the spotlight again, as the actress is set to star in Universal Pictures’ upcoming romantic drama entitled All My Life. The film will be inspired by the true story of Jenn Carter and her husband Solomon Chau, according to Deadline.

All My Life. will be directed by Marc Meyers of My Friend Dahmer fame and is based on Todd Rosenberg’s script from his 2017 Black List. The story follows a young couple as they strategize their wedding in light of some horrific news. Rothe will portray the bride inspired by Carter.

Todd Garner and Sean Robins will act as producers under their Broken Road Productions banner, while Universal SVP of Production Sara Scott and Director of Development Lexi Barta will supervise the entire project. Rothe recently finished with the Amazon series Utopia, an American adaptation of the U.K. series written by Golden Globe and Emmy nominee Gillian Flynn. Rothe is currently serving as the executive producer and the lead of Deliah which is a comedy pilot for HBO Max based on a pitch she developed alongside Sharon Horgan.

Rothe is also slated to begin filming an independent film entitled Body Brokers as a supporting actress. She recently starred in Happy Death Day 2 U for Blumhouse and Universal.
