Garret Dillahunt, A Martinez, Kier O’Donnell & Moses Ingram Joining Cast of Michael Bay’s ‘Ambulance’

Garrett Dillahunt, A Martinez, Kier O’Donnell and Moses Ingram have been added to Michael Bay’s upcoming Universal action thriller Ambulance, which is based on the original 2005 danish film Ambulancen. They’ll star alongside the current cast, which includes Jake Gyllenhaal, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Eiza Gonzalez.

There haven’t been any specific details released regarding the plot, but it’s expected to be in the spirit of Bay’s older features from the 90s like Bad Boys and The Rock. The script was written by Chris Fedak, who’s known for writing and producing shows like Chuck, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow and Prodigal Son.

Dillahunt recently finished working on Zack Snyder’s upcoming Zombie Netflix movie Army of the Dead and is regular on AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead series. He also appeared in the 2018 crime thriller Widows, and in many other television series like The Guest Book, Hand of God and The Mindy Project.

Martinez starred in the Netflix series Longmire, as well as other shows like The Bay and Queen of the South. O’Donnell recently starred in Hulu’s Into the Dark and History Channel’s Project Blue Book, and Ingram just made her television debut in Netflix’s hit series The Queen’s Gambit. Ingram is also set to play Lady Macduff in A24’s upcoming adaptation of Macbeth, which stars Frances McDormand and Denzel Washington.

We don’t know exactly when Ambulance will release, but it’s expected to be seen sometime in 2022.
