Warner Brothers has just announced Flowervale Street, a new film by director David Robert Mitchell, is set to release on May 16, 2025. The Hollywood Reporter states that the film will feature Les Misérables and Interstellar star Anne Hathaway and Moulin Rouge and Obi-Wan Kenobi star Ewan McGregor. Maisy Stella and Christian Convery will also star in the film.
David Robert Mitchell is known for 2014’s It Follows and 2018’s Under the Silver Lake. He is also working on a sequel to the former film titled They Follow with the film’s original star Maika Monroe.
Flowervale Street is being managed by J.J. Abrams’s production company Bad Robot. Abrams, Mitchell, Hannah Mighella, Matt Jackson, and Tommy Harper will all be involved in the production.
Anne Hathaway is starring in Prime Video’s soon-to-be-released The Idea of You and she recently opened up about the “Hathahate” phenomenon. Ewan McGregor recently starred opposite his wife Mary Elizabeth Winstead in Paramount+’s A Gentleman in Moscow.
Flowervale Street will be released on May 16, 2025.
