Ezra Miller’s Character Revealed in ‘Fantastic Beasts’ Poster

Little has been released about Ezra Miller’s (The Flash) mystery character in the upcoming Harry Potter spin-off Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, however he is at least now pictured in the latest Fantastic Beasts poster. Check it out below:

In the story, magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne), after being expelled from Hogwarts, travels to New York with a suitcase containing the titular creatures. Some of the beasts manage to escape and scatter on the streets of NYC, triggering Scamander’s urgent mission to find them. Meanwhile, he must avoid attracting the attention of muggles – known in the United States as “No-Maj” (non-magical Americans).

The new poster depicts Scamander carrying a wand and his suitcase as the central figure against a 1920’s art deco backdrop of the New York City skyline. Flanking Scamander are medallion portraits of the film’s other characters. On the left, we see Katherine Waterston as an employee of MACUSA (Magical Congress of the U.S.A.) Porpentina “Tina” Goldstein, Dan Fogler as the No-Maj Jacob Kowalski, and Samantha Morton as Mary Lou, the leader of the fanatical Second Salemers group which is looking to expose and destroy wizards and withces. On the right, we see Colin Farrell as the auror (member of an elite unit knowledgeable in the Dark Arts and who deal with dark wizards) Graves, Alison Sudol as Tina’s mind-reading sister Queenie Goldstein, and Ezra Miller as the mysterious Credence, Mary Lou’s adopted son.

David Yates, who directed four of the eight Harry Potter films, helms the highly anticipated Fantastic Beasts for Warner Bros., which bows November 18th.
