Daniel Craig May Possibly Return For Fifth Bond Film

Daniel Craig has become one of the most iconic James Bond actors for the newest generations, with the four films he has been part of receiving moderate to critical success. After the release of the newest film in the series, Spectre, much speculation was placed towards who would become the next James Bond, after a variety of comments by Craig and other actors gave the populace reason to believe that Craig would not return. The speculations for the next Bond actor included fan-favorite Idris Elba and heavily-rumored Tom Hiddleston.

According to multiple sources, including Screenrant and The Mirror, Craig is in talks to take on the role one last time for Bond 25 — the current title for the new Bond film. Barbara Broccoli reportedly has gotten Craig to join the cast and will begin filming next year, which most likely means that Bond 25 will have 2019 theatrical release. As of now, no director has been selected to take on the film, and very little information in terms of production and studios have been announced, with many rumors placing Christopher Nolan as the forefront director for the film after IMDBPro listed the director’s company Syncopy as a producer on the film.

For now, all fans have to go on is speculation. Regardless of the choice of the director for the next film, we will be looking forward to seeing if these rumors are true.
