It’s been a while since the last trailer for Skin Trade, but now – thanks to film’s Facebook page – action fans can have another look at international action stars Dolph Lundgren (Rocky IV, Universal Soldier, the Expendables series) and Tony Jaa (The Protector, Ong-Bak, the upcoming Fast & Furious 7) brining the pain to some unfortunate nameless bad guy henchmen.
Lundgren stars as American cop Nick Cassidy. After his wife and daughter are killed by human trafficker and definite bad guy Viktor Dragovic (Ron Perlman of Hellboy, Pacific Rim, and TV’s Sons of Anarchy), Cassidy tracks Dragovic to Thailand where he teams up with local cop Tony Vitayakul (Jaa). Cassidy and Vitayakul work toghether to bring Dragovic down in a flurry of martial arts moves.
Skin Trade’s cast includes Peter Weller (Robocop, Star Trek Into Darkness, and also TV’s Sons of Anarchy) and another action star, Michael Jai White (Spawn, Undisputed II: Last Man Standing, TV’s Arrow).
No release date has been announced yet, but the trailer promises the one liners and knees to the face will be coming soon.
