With a clever visual and marketing pun for the superhero film Ant-Man, Marvel has released a short and small teaser ahead of the official trailer’s release, which is set to air alongside Agent Carter on January 6.
As previously covered, Paul Rudd (I Love You Man) stars as con-man Scott Lang who, after arming himself with a suit that can increase his strength as well as shrink his size, must embrace a new role as the superhero Ant-Man. Directed by Peyton Reed (Yes Man), the film also stars Judy Greer (The Descendants), Michael Douglas (Wall Street), Corey Stoll (Non-Stop), Evangeline Lilly (TV’s Lost), Bobby Cannavale (Chef), and Hayley Atwell in her reprised role as Peggy Carter. The film will open theatrically on July 16, 2015.
Shortly after this pint-sized preview was released, Marvel also launched its human-sized counterpart below which briefly teases the Ant-Man suit– that is, the legs and feet.
