‘A Quiet Place’ Producers and ‘John Wick’ Director To Develop Paramount Car Action Movie

John Wick filmmaker Chad Stahelski and Andrew Form and Brad Fuller, producers of horror film A Quiet Placeare reportedly developing an upcoming fast car-centered action movie for Paramount. The script will be penned by Nemec and Josh Appelbaum, who wrote the recent Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movies that Form and Fuller also produced with Michael Bay. Once the untitled project comes to fruition, Stahelski is expected to direct the film.

Although details of the story have not been revealed yet, the film is so far described as a “high-concept spin capturing the spirit of the great car movies,” while also featuring a unique relationship at the story’s center.

After the first John Wick movie, Stahelski directed its blockbuster followups, currently eyeing John Wick 4 and a possible sequel of Highlander. Fuller and Form are gearing up for the Paramount release of their current project A Quiet Place: Part II on March 20, and have their own production company Fully Formed Entertainment, which will be involved with the upcoming car action picture.

We will let you know if any further details about this film are released.
