“Fear blinds the truth” as the latest trailer for In Darkness shows a new look into the upcoming suspense thriller. The film stars Natalie Dormer (Game of Thrones).
Interestingly enough, Dormer penned the script along with director Anthony Byrne. She wrote herself the role of a blind musician. Unfortunately, her character is dealt a bad hand. In a terrible event, she is privy to the horrific sounds of the murder of a woman in her building, Veronique, played by Emily Ratajkowski (Entourage). Soon, Dormer’s character is enveloped into criminality, and it may just be a return for her as opposed to a new and terrifying experience.
The film also stars Ed Skrein (Deadpool) as well as Joely Richardson (The Patriot), James Cosmo (Braveheart) and Neil Maskell (Mommy).
The film is set to come out in theaters May 23, but the new trailer can be watched below.
