The actor has starred in movies like Friday After Next, hit shows like Brooklyn 99, and even lucrative Old Spice ad campaigns. However, one of the most memorable performances of his early career was in the 2004 comedy White Chicks, produced by the Wayans brothers.

White Chicks starred brothers Shawn Wayans and Marlon Wayans as a pair of FBI agents forced to go under cover as two white female socialites. Terry Crews played a pro basketball player who becomes comically infatuated with one of the disguised agents, despite their unsubtle attempts to turn him down. When White Chicks was first released in 2004, it became a financial success but was met with negative criticism. Today the movie is looked on as a sort of goofy cult classic, which is probably why the movie is presumably receiving a sequel.

Now, according to Screen Rant, Crews has just revealed that Shawn Wayans is working on a White Chicks 2. Whether or not White Chicks deserves a sequel is up for debate. Some people argue that the movie’s use of white face was not okay, while others simply didn’t care. Other critics argue that a sequel might tarnish the original movie’s legacy, and other people would not mind seeing some more White Chicks.
