The Drago Family is Back in the First Intense Trailer for ‘Creed II’

Adonis Creed (Michael B. Jordan) is officially back in the ring in the first trailer for Creed II, not to say that there aren’t some (if not may) hiccups along the way. His opponent is personal this time around, who is revealed to be Viktor Drago, the son of Ivan Drago, the man who killed his father, Apollo, so many years ago.

The first trailer for the film is riveting and intense and looks to be a step forward for the franchise. Creed II brings back Jordan with Tessa Thompson, Sylvester Stallone and Phylicia Rashad. Ryan Coogler, although serving as executive producer, did not direct. This time around, relative newcomer Steven Caple Jr. (The Land), helms from a script written by Stallone and Cheo Hodari Coker.

Creed II is in theaters November 21. Check out the first trailer below, featuring new and exciting training montages that we boxing film fanatics can’t seem to get enough of!
