Last night, during Game 7 of the World Series, Disney and LucasFilms debuted new TV spot for Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
Simply titled “Awake,” the 55-second video showcases a series of mouth-watering action shots of the film’s cast: Adam Driver‘s Kylo Ren angrily punches wall, Daisy Ridley‘s Rey swings a blue lightsaber, Chewie and an adorably wide-eyed Porg cry out together, and John Boyega‘s Finn and the chromed-out Captain Phasma clash. Plus, there’s copious amounts of footage of deep space dogfights (don’t forget that it’s a war after all).
Although brief, the preview shows enough footage to whet the appetites of eager fans worldwide. What more can a geek ask for?
Star Wars: The Last Jedi hits theaters on December 15.
