It’s full speed ahead for this year’s CinemaCon as studios present their film slates to exhibitors. Sony Pictures held their presentation on Tuesday, which included highly anticipated titles including the long awaited finale to the animated Spider-Verse saga, Spider-Man: Beyond The Spider-Verse, currently dated to release on June 18, 2027. In this entry to the trilogy, Miles (Shameik Moore) finds himself trapped in the Spider-Verse and searching for a way home while being hunted by Miguel O’Hara’s (Oscar Issac) Spider Society.
Along with screening unfinished footage from the beginning of the film, Sony also released four new images:

Phil Lord and Christopher Miller return as writers of this entry to the franchise along with David Callahan. Bob Persichetti and Justin K. Thompson will direct.
