The official poster for the upcoming Sean Penn action thriller The Gunman has finally surfaced. Penn is joined by an all-star cast including Idris Elba (the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron), Ray Winstone, Mark Rylance and Oscar winner Javier Bardem. The film is based on the Jean-Patrick Manchette novel The Prone Gunman, and centers on Penn as a former Special Forces soldier and government contractor suffering from PTSD. When his past comes back to haunt him, he is forced to go on the run across Europe to clear his name and reunite with his longtime love (Jasmine Trinca). Pierre Morel (Taken) directs from a script by Don MacPherson. The film hits theaters on March 20, 2015.
