A new trailer has been released for 72 Hours, a new comedy starring Kevin Hart. The film follows Hart, a middle-aged executive and married father of four. After he ends up in the group chat of a friend group of four men in their 20s, he agrees to join them on a three-day bachelor party, leading to a wild sequence of events.
The film is the newest comedy from director Tim Story, known for Barbershop, Think Like a Man, 2021’s live-action Tom & Jerry, and most recently, The Blackening. The film is written by Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, Kevin Burrows, and Matt Mider. In addition to Hart, the film stars Marcello Hernández, Mason Gooding, Kam Patterson, and Ben Marshall as the friend group who end up alongside Hart’s character during this wild three-day bachelor party. Other cast members include Teyana Taylor, Zach Cherry, and Michael Mando.72 Hours is a Sony Pictures production, in collaboration with Netflix. The film is part of Sony’s multi-year first-look deal with Netflix. Hart is no stranger to Netflix releases, having led multiple Netflix original films, including Lift, Me Time, The Man from Toronto, and Fatherhood.
