Lina Esco’s ‘Free the Nipple’ Debuts Official Trailer

Actress-producer-writer-director-activist Lina Esco (LOL) will bring audiences her comedy and scripted pseudo-documentary, Free the Nipple on December 12. Based on the true events of the internet’s recent #freethenipple campaign, the film will dramatize the ongoing revolution to decriminalize the censored female body. The film will explore and satirize a bevy of modern issues including women’s rights, and the role of media and the internet in the social movements of today. Esco made her producing debut in a 2010 PSA titled My Friend is… which accompanied the Oscar-winning documentary The Cove.
