Tuesday morning Universal Pictures’ newest installment to the Jurassic Park/World franchise, Jurassic World: Dominion, released a five-minute teaser that “rockets audiences back 65 million years into the past to experience the world before humans existed—and offers a glimpse of a world in which dinosaurs are living among us.” Jurassic World: Dominion is set to hit theaters on June 10, 2022.
The prologue depicts a prehistoric Earth with different dinosaur species roaming the lands, when, most ferociously a T-Rex appears, kills a dinosaur, and then terrorizes a drive-in movie theater 65 million years later. The teaser definitely peaked tons of moviegoers’ interest as it has reached over a million views in one day. Which you too can check out below.
Jurassic World: Dominion is confirmed to feature returning stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Sam Neill, and Jeff Goldblum. According to The Hollywood Reporter, director and co-writer, Colin Trevorrow, has spent many months overseeing postproduction from his home in England.
If you can’t wait until next summer for more Jurassic World action, you can catch the Netflix animated series Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous, season four debuts on December 3. Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous follows the event of the films but adds a new spin following a group of teenagers on a dinosaur-infested island.
