James Gray’s New Film ‘Paper Tiger’ Casts Adam Driver, Anne Hathaway And Jeremy Strong

The new crime film Paper Tiger has found its cast, with James Gray set to direct. The film is slated to enter principal photography soon.

Paper Tiger follows two brothers entangled with the Russian mob after a job goes south. The fallout strains their trust and pushes their relationship to the brink.

Adam Driver, Anne Hathaway and Jeremy Strong have been cast as the leads in Gray’s latest feature. The Hollywood Reporter noted that Hathaway and Strong previously shared the screen in one of Gray’s earlier films, Armageddon Time, where they portrayed parents of a young boy navigating life’s challenges. Gray also wrote and directed that film, as he is with Paper Tiger.

In addition to Armageddon Time, Hathaway’s filmography includes titles like Brokeback Mountain, Interstellar and The Dark Knight Rises. Strong has appeared in films such as Zero Dark Thirty, Lincoln and Molly’s Game.

Driver rounds out the lead trio, following his recent role in Francis Ford Coppola’s Megalopolis. His resume boasts a range of major titles, including Marriage Story, Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens and BlacKkKlansman.
