Heather Graham Starring Alongside Dennis Quaid in Faith-Based Film ‘On A Wing And A Prayer’

Heather Graham is joining faith-based film family drama On A Wing And A Prayer from MGM and LightWorkers. She will star opposite Dennis Quaid in the lead roles in the upcoming film.

On A Wing And A Prayer is based on an inspiring true story that follows Doug White (Quaid), a passenger on a plane who is forced to land the aircraft safely after the small-town pilot flying the aircraft suddenly dies.

The drama also makes it the third movie that Quaid and director Sean McNamara have worked on together, the first filming being Soul Surfer and the upcoming Reagan biopic with Quaid playing the role of Ronald Reagan, the 40th U.S. President. Brian Egeston (Perfect Harmony) wrote the script.

Fans will probably remember Graham from roles in Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me, Boogie Nights, Californication, and The Hangover franchise.

Graham can most recently be seen in the conspiracy thriller Wander that stars Aaron Eckhart, Tommy Lee Jones, and Katheryn Winnick. Follows a mentally unstable private investigator, who becomes convinced that a case he was recruited to investigate, suspicious death in a small town of Wander, is related to the same ‘conspiracy cover-up’ that caused his daughter’s death.

Filming is expected to begin this fall, with a release date of Aug. 21, 2022.
