Back in September 2020 DiscussingFilm reported that Noah Baumbach was set to write, direct and produce film for Netflix. Last year, Baumbach released Marriage Story which received great reviews and was considered one of Netflix’s best original movies. Adam Driver, Scarlett Johansson and Laura Dern were featured on Marriage Story. This film was a major contender during award season, it got nominated for six Oscars including Best Picture but only won for Best Supporting Actress that was taken home by Laura Dern. The film according to IMDb, Marriage Story won 122 awards through various award ceremonies and festivals it was submitted to. This film is also one of the few Netflix movies to get a Criterion release along with The Irishman, Klaus and The Two Popes.
Baumbach’s wife and director Greta Gerwig and Adam Driver will be starring in the film, the story will be another family drama that tells the story of four siblings named Fritz, Debbie, Megan and Walker who each face their own problems. Filming is set to begin in February 2021.
Besides from knowing the character names and the concept, no other information has been released about who else will star in this film with Driver and Gerwig.
