‘Fast & Furious’ Franchise Has Run Out Of Road

Vin Diesel, who plays Dom in the Fast & Furious franchise has released a teaser for the next film in the franchise.

In a post on his personal Instagram, Diesel reveals that after having a meeting with those involved in the franchise, he thought about the fans and how they have been a part of the franchise and have continued to drive it for so long. He wrote in his post, “Thank you for being the backbone of this global saga that, because of you, transcends the screen.” 

This post of gratitude also revealed that this next film in the series will be its last.

In a different Instagram post from June of last year, Diesel revealed this final film will be a direct continuation, or a part two, of Fast X (2023) which will be released on April 4, 2025.

There is definitely hype among fans and moviegoers wanting to see how this universe continues, with the previous film grossing $704 million globally, according to Box Office Mojo.

Currently, no other information has been released about the film. But at least fans of the film franchise can count down the days to see how this new film concludes the franchise’s story.
