Bron Creative Makes $100M Co-Financing Deal With Warner Bros

The joint venture between Bron studios and Creative Wealth Media known as Bron Creative has a new deal with Warner Bros. Pictures. It is a multi-picture $100 million co-financing deal that will cover six films, with the first of those six being Clint Eastwood’s recently released movie The Mule. The movies will come from both directly from Warner as well as their branch New Line Cinema.

This is not the first dealing between Bron Creative and Warner as they together financed the thriller film The Good Liar directed by Bill Condon that will release November 15th of next year. Creative studios Bron has had a number of films such as The Spy Who Dumped Me and A Simple Favor with Creative Wealth being their main financier.

Besides The Mule, the deal will include Todd Phillips’ Joker starring Joaquin Phoenix and Robert De Niro as well as Todd Strauss-Schulson’s Isn’t It Romantic with Rebel Wilson and Liam Hemsworth. It will be quite interesting to see both the commercial and critical success of the upcoming films in the deal, with The Mule performing a bit lackluster, and whether there shall exists such deals in the future.

Robert Thornson Jr.: My name is Robert and I am currently an undergraduate student at the University of California Irvine. I am pursuing a B.A. in Film and Media studies with hopes to work in the creative industry. I have always had a passion for storytelling and since youth I've loved film. I grew up loving the movies of directors like Wes Anderson, Stanley Kubrick, Alfred Hitchcock, Martin Scorsese, David Fincher, and many more along with writers such as Aaron Sorkin and Quentin Tarantino. One thing I have always done is write about movies and communicate to others information about the "film community" and the industry as well as about the films themselves. I write creatively on a daily basis.
