Ad-Supported Hollywood Movies are Becoming Reality on YouTube

YouTube is now giving its viewers access to classic Hollywood titles such as The Terminator and Legally Blonde and the best part, you can watch them for FREE.

The Google-owned platform had been offering limited selections since last month in secret as they are discovering an increasing rise of viewers turning to Youtube to watch feature films, even on smart TVs.  Furthermore, the demand for the video-on-demand market is putting more fire to companies including Walmart with their VUDUm ad supported television and movie app as well as Amazon, who is rumored to be developing their own ad-based VOD app.

Currently there are only about 100 movies available on YouTube for ad-supported viewing so far.  It is expected that number will be growing due to demand, however only time will tell.
