Detective Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde are back on the case for Zootopia 2. Played by Ginnifer Goodwin, Judy is a bunny rabbit cop who works for the city of Zootopia. With the help of her partner Nick, an ex-con artist fox, played by Jason Bateman, they’re working together to save the city once again.

Their newest case sees the duo investigating a venomous snake named Gary De’Snake, voiced by Oscar-winning actor Ke Huy Quan. His character tells Judy how he needs to set things right so his family can return home.

The rest of the trailer shows Judy and Nick working together to solve the case of Gary, and an obscure book filled with the history of Zootopia, while exploring new lands within the city.

New additions to the cast include Fortune Feimster as Nibbles Maplestick, a conspiracy theorist beaver living in Marsh Market, and Quinta Brunson as Dr. Fuzzby, a quokka therapist who treats Judy and Nick after their first undercover operation as partners went astray. Returning cast members include Shakira as the pop star Gazelle, Idris Elba as Chief Bogo, Bonnie Hunt as Bonnie Hopps, Don Lake as Stu Hopps and Nate Torrence voicing Clawhauser.

The animated sequel is directed by Jared Bush and Bryon Howard. The first Zootopia earned over $1 billion at the box office. The trailer also plays a new original song by Shakira. The sequel to the 2016 billion-dollar film hit theaters on Nov. 26. Check out the trailer below.
