The marketing machine for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is in full gear as the film inches closer to release. And with that, another revealing look into the hotly anticipated movie – the first in several announced Star Wars spin-off projects following the successful relaunch of the series last year with Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
In more Rogue One related news, it was recently announced that pre-sales for the film will begin on Monday, November 28th at theaters nationwide. Currently, the Gareth Edwards-directed film is on track to dominate the holiday movie season with early tracking signalling a $130-$150 million opening weekend take for the title. That’s a far cry from The Force Awakens‘s record breaking $248 million take, but a figure like that wasn’t expected this go around.
