Tony Revolori Joins Wes Anderson’s Next Film

According to Deadline, star Tony Revolori is set to work with Wes Anderson third time on his next project. The two collaborated on The Grand Budapest Hotel in 2014 and The French Dispatch, to be released in October.

The film, to shoot in Spain, features a stellar cast with Anderson alums like Bill Murray, Adrien Brody, Tilda Swinton and Jeffrey Wright, as well as new additions such as Margot Robbie, Scarlett Johansson, Rupert Friend, Liev Schreiber, Bryan Cranston, and Tom Hanks. Anderson has been assembling some great A-list casts for his last few films and seems to be continuing to do so on his ongoing projects.

For the moment, not much more is known about the project or its plot, from a script penned by Anderson himself. All we know is that it will certainly showcase his signature candy-colored style and quirky writing. On the other hand, The French Dispatch, whose wide release has been delayed due to the pandemic, premiered at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year.

Revolori can also be seen in Spider-Man: No Way Home next December. He is currently finishing production of the first season of Willow for Disney+.

The French Dispatch hits theaters on Oct. 22.
