Tom Holland, known for his role as Peter Parker in the movies Spider-Man: No Way Home, Spider-Man: Far From Home, and Spider-Man: Homecoming has teased about an upcoming production of Spider-Man 4. In an interview with Inverse, Holland spoke about his character and details about the forthcoming film.
Holland teased that there was “some stuff going on” about Spider-Man 4 and expressed his excitement about what’s happening. Holland stated, “Whether or not it’ll come to fruition, who knows?” He added, “But right now it’s looking pretty good, and we’ll just have to wait and see.”
Holland last played the role of Parker in 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home, which made over $1.9 billion at the box office. Currently, the Spider-Man making a big impact in theaters is Miles Morales in the film Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. Holland expressed that he would love to share the screen with Morales, stating, “I would be honored to bring Miles Morales into the live-action world. How we do that, I don’t know, but given the opportunity, I would jump at it.”

The president of Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige has implied to Entertainment Weekly that another film for Spider-Man is in development. Feige didn’t give any specifics for the Spider-Man story, like if it’s a standalone film or if Peter Parker is going to be featured in other Marvel movies, like Avengers: The Kang Dynasty or Avengers: Secret Wars, which are being released in May 2025 and May 2026.
Feige told Entertainment Weekly, “All I will say is that we have the story… We have big ideas for that, and our writers are just putting pen to paper now.”
