Tom Cruise underwent an international trip this Monday, as the Mission Impossible actor met with Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelenski to discuss locations for shooting his upcoming untitled film according, to The Hollywood Reporter. Cruise and Zelenskiy had their conversation about the film in a televised manner as footage would surface of the two later that day. Zelenskiy recently played an integral role in the allegations that President Donald Trump unearthed on potential Democratic presidential frontrunner Joe Biden.
The footage featured Cruise dressed in a sweater and jeans talking to Zelenskiy. An ex-actor and television comedian, Zelenskiy was elected president of the former Soviet state earlier in 2019. Zelenskiy pushed that Ukraine recently developed a tax-rebate system for film producers to allow the country to be attractive for international film projects. A title for the film’s subject matter was not given to the Press.
Footage captured both men in a jovial and eased manner. Cruised created even more allure when the actor rode the Kiev subway creating speculation on social media that he was in the country to film the seventh installment of Mission Impossible.
