After finishing her breakout role in season 2 of The White Lotus, actress Simona Tabasco has joined the cast for the new horror picture, Corporate Retreat. Rosanna Arquette, Alan Ruck, and Ashton Sanders are on board as cast members as well. Tabasco originally rose to recognition with her portrayal as a sex worker in Sicily in White Lotus named Lucia.

The film Corporate Retreat is projected to start filming this June under the direction of Aaron Fisher. Corporate Retreat is being produced by Uri Singer and is being co-written by Kerri Lee Romeo and Aaron Fisher.

The plot for Corporate Retreat involves business executives whose work retreat turns intensely violent as the retreat director turns murderous. Uri Singer commented about Tabasco as follows,

“After watching Simona’s electrifying performance in White Lotus, it became instantly evident that she is a rising star. We are thrilled about the charisma and talent she adds to our ensemble. (She has) passion as an artist and the dedication she brings to every role.”

Following her Emmy nomination and Screen Actors Guild Award win for her role in White Lotus, Tabasco is currently being represented by WME, Black Bear, and imPRint. Tabasco also starred in another horror picture titled Immaculate, alongside Sydney Sweeney, which became a blockbuster in 2024.
