A new teaser for Avengers: Doomsday, centered around Shuri, M’Baku, Namor, and the Fantastic Four, has been screened in theaters before theatrical showings of Avatar: Fire and Ash. The teaser has not been released online yet.

The teaser begins with a look at Shuri in her Black Panther suit, while Shuri states in voiceover, “A king has his duties to prepare our people for the afterlife. I have mine.” The teaser also shows the return of Namor, the villain of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, sporting a new design. The teaser ends with a brief comedic scene of M’Baku meeting the Fantastic Four’s Ben Grimm, also known as The Thing. Similar to the other three teasers released before screenings of Avatar: Fire and Ash, the teaser ends with text which states “The Wakandans And The Fantastic Four Will Return In Avengers: Doomsday”, before then cutting to a countdown to Avengers: Doomsday’s December release date.

This is the fourth teaser for Avengers: Doomsday to be released before screenings of Avatar: Fire and Ash. The first teaser, released during Avatar: Fire and Ash’s opening weekend, featured the return of Chris Evans’s Steve Rogers. Each subsequent trailer was released the following weekends, with the second featuring the return of Chris Hemsworth as Thor, and the third featuring the return of several Fox X-Men actors, including Patrick Stewart as Charles Xavier, Ian McKellan as Magneto, and James Marsden as Cyclops.

All three previous teasers were released online the following Tuesday after being shown theatrically throughout the weekend. So, one should expect the teaser to be released online this upcoming Tuesday, January 13th.

Avengers: Doomsday is set to be released in theaters on December 18th.
