Sci-fi Thriller ‘Aporia’ to be Produced by Paramount and J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot

Writer-director Jared Moshe, who was behind the Western thriller The Ballad of Lefty Brown, is set to direct new sci-fi thriller Aporia. The Hollywood Reporter broke the news. In 2012, Moshe made his feature film debut with Dead Man’s Burden, another Western.

The script has been picked up by Paramount, and Neda Armian will be producing alongside J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot. Many of the details of Aporia are being kept secret, but we know it’s a sci-fi thriller with elements of time travel.

Bad Robot recently produced the Netflix movie The Cloverfield Paradox. Their World War II zombie movie, Overlord, will be released on October 26 of this year.
