Reboot Of Infamous Film ‘The Crow’ To Star Bill Skarsgard

The film The Crow is infamous for the death of its lead actor, Brandon Lee, the son of legendary martial arts master Bruce Lee, who died on March 31st, 1993 when prop gun misfired on the set of the film. Lee was 28 years old when he died. The Hollywood Reporter has reported on a new reboot of the 1994 film.

The plot of The Crow revolves around a couple who were killed by a gang after their car breaks down. The man is resurrected by a crow and enacts revenge on the gang. Since The Crow premiered in 1994 the franchise has had three sequels being The Crow: City of Angels, The Crow: Salvation, and The Crow: Wicked Prayer. 

The reboot of the film will star Bill Skarsgard, who is known for the role of Pennywise in It. Skarsgard will also be appearing in the upcoming John Wick: Chapter 4. The reboot will be directed by Rupert Sanders, who is known for Snow White and the Huntsman and Ghost in the Shell. Details about the plot of this reboot have not yet been revealed. It is currently unknown how similar the reboot will be compared to the original.

Production of the reboot of The Crow is set to begin in June of 2022.
