Nominations Announced for The Razzies

The nominations for the worst of the worst, according to the 38th annual Golden Raspberry Awards (or The Razzies), were announced on Monday.

The Razzies have positioned themselves as the preventative measure against the Oscars and thus, present their nominations a day before the Academy Awards nominations and their winners the day before the Oscar ceremony. Of course, all is said and done with a tongue-in-cheek attitude.

Nominations for worst picture include: Baywatch, The Emoji Movie, Fifty Shades Darker, The Mummy, and Transformers: The Last Knight. The crowning worst film throughout the categories, though, seems to be Darren Aronofsky’s mother!.
