Nicola Peltz Joins Eva Longoria in ‘Low Riders’ Movie

Nicola Peltz (Transformers: Age of Extinction) has just signed on to star opposite Demian Bichir (The Heat) and Eva Longoria (Harsh Times) in the Universal film Low Riders, according to Deadline. She will be replacing a previously attached Lily Collins (The Blind Side). The film is set in East Los Angeles and will center on the world of low rider culture and street tagging, with Ricardo de Montreuil (Máncor) set to direct. Peltz is a relatively new young actress, but nevertheless has booked some significant projects up until now. Appearing in A&E’s Bates Motel series, as well as in the latest Transformers installment alongside Mark Wahlberg (The Fighter), she has created herself a sizeable launching pad. With Low Riders adding to her list of diverse roles, Peltz will likely gain even more Hollywood attention.
