A new trailer for Gore Verbinski’s sci-fi adventure comedy, Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die, starring Sam Rockwell, has been released online, according to Screen Rant. Written by Matthew Robinson, Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die follows strange figure, played by Rockwell, named The Man From The Future, who steps into a Los Angeles diner and holds the patrons hostage, trying to convince them that they can help prevent an impending AI apocalypse. It will be Verbinski’s first project in ten years, following 2016’s A Cure for Wellness.

Premiering last year at Fantastic Fest, the film has already received critical acclaim, currently sitting at a 94% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Now, a second trailer as well as a new poster have been released, with the latter showing a plethora of wires and other objects sprouting from The Man From The Future’s head. Footage from the trailer involves The Man From The Future interacting with the various diner occupants, played by Haley Lu Richardson, Michael Peña, Zazie Beetz, Asim Chaudhry, Tom Taylor, and Juno Temple, and taking them out into the chaos of saving the world, encountering dangers such as evil robots, the police, and masked gunmen.

Good Luck, Have Fun, Don’t Die will be produced by Verbinski, Robert Kulzer, Erwin Stoff, Oly Obst, and Denise Chamian.

The film is scheduled for theatrical release through Briarcliff Entertainment on February 13th.
