Marvel Studios has released concept art of Ant-Man, Quicksilver, and the Scarlet Witch from the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron and Ant-Man movies. The images give us our first look at how these characters will look in the films. Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch will be played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen in Age of Ultron, while Ant-Man will be played by Paul Rudd.
To clarify, the version of Quicksilver that will appear in Avengers 2 will be separate from the one in X-Men: Days of Future Past played by Evan Peters. In the comics, Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are the children of X-Men big bad Magneto but, due to a loophole in the licensing agreement, Marvel can still use the siblings in its movies as long as they do not mention mutants.
Also included in the collection of images is one of Hulk and Black Widow standing back to back in the middle of a city destruction scene. Two more show Guardians of the Galaxy‘s Rocket Raccoon with Groot and Starlord. The final image shows Iron Man taking on the Hulk while wearing the Hulkbuster Armor.
Avengers: Age of Ultron will release on May 1, 2015. Ant-Man will release later that year on July 17.
